Design elements along the PS5 Sony finally disclosed PS VR2 headset appearance

Remember the Sony headset device that was introduced to you last year? Recently, Sony has finally revealed its next-generation PlayStation VR2 headset.

The headset, which supports haptic feedback, eye tracking, 4K HDR, 90/120Hz frame rates, recessed rendering and a 110-degree field of view, connects to the PS5 with a USB-C cable. PlayStation VR is the original budget VR headset that requires neither a powerful gaming computer nor $800 worth of extra gear .

It’s worth remembering that the PS VR was part of the first wave of consumer VR headsets, and like the original Oculus Rift and HTC Vive, both of which had many successors, there were huge improvements in optical quality, field of view and overall immersion. In the original PS VR one could only walk around in an extremely small space in front of your PS4, interacting with the virtual world with a pair of grips that at best simulated grasping movements, which was a far cry from gestures made with modern controllers or even virtual hands with separate fingers.

Nonetheless, gamers are quite welcome to the innovation that is transforming the way they play, not enough to know the price of PlayStation VR2 and the final release date.
